Description of Equipment

Objective: - Collection of cut wires from cutting machine effectively & without much human intervention.

Description

Equipment consist of a stand-alone type flat belt conveyor to carry wire away from cutting machine. Speed of conveyor can be varied by the potential meter provided on VFD. On top of belt is covered by aluminum Uchannel to guide wire properly avoiding getting slipped out of belt. To avoid wire get struck between guide and belt additional deflector and guide cover provided. Aluminum guide fixed to end of pneumatic ejector system with guide rods so that cut wires get collected into a tray for easy pick-up. Equipment will be interfaced with cutting machine to enable stopping of conveyor after wire cut and to eject and to restart machine once wire collected.

V-Roller Conveyor

Description of Equipment

Objective: - Transfer ROD from one machine to another machine Without human intervention.

Description

Equipment consist of a V-Roller conveyor to carry ROD from one machine to another machine. Speed of conveyor can be varied by the potential meter provided on VFD. Equipment will be interfaced with Robot to enable stopping of conveyor and to restart machine once ROD collected.
